Meraki Coaching and Consulting
I’m Jacquie Gaebe, an educational leader and Executive and Enneagram Coach. I have a passion for empowering individuals and teams on their journey to their most authentic self and the future they envision. I live in Visalia, California with my husband, our three daughters, and a collection of pets and goats.
My career includes 23+ years in teaching, leading professional development, coaching, mentoring, and educational leadership. Throughout my life, my “why” has always been empowering people and teams to grow through first finding their purpose, passion, and joy and then developing the skills to pursue their goals. I have had success coaching both individuals and teams, including leading teams to the achievement of “Distinguished Schools” status. As a district-level leader, I had amazing opportunities to coach and mentor leaders towards achievement of both their professional goals and personal growth goals. As such, during this tenure, I am proud and humbled to have been awarded the Soroptimist Ruby Award for making a significant impact to inspire and improve the lives of women in our community.
While I have always been driven towards personal and professional growth, learning the Enneagram has been such a gift in my own life. As a Type 8, I have always been persistent, challenging, willing to speak up for what is right or those who have no voice. It’s driven me to spend my life teaching and learning, and leading the improvement of our systems for better outcomes. Yet, at times, I also struggled to navigate through the resistance from culture or others and sometimes felt frustrated by encountering the same obstacles to improvement.
When I discovered the Enneagram I found a new level of self-awareness that gave me crucial insights into how I could nurture my strengths and minimize my limiting behaviors to achieve greater success and happiness. Reading the description of my Type was as if someone had a lens into my most inner thoughts and motivations. I dove into learning about the Enneagram through reading, researching, and listening to endless podcasts. I also began to clearly see what a valuable coaching resource the Enneagram provided and pursued my Enneagram Practitioner Certification through the Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy. I finally had an understanding of the motivations, fears, and desires underneath my behaviors and personality, as well as, the insight and tools to steer myself more intentionally towards personal and professional fulfillment.
If you’re ready to discover who you were designed to be in your life, work and relationships, it would be my privilege to guide you on the journey.
